Wisdom of the Ages was started with the idea “We’re Here to Help!” & that idea continued when Keith Siegel became a massage therapist in 2000. Keith has studied the connection between the mind & the body for many years. During your massage he will offer you a guided meditation/visualization, so that your mind may focus on positive things & relax at the same time that your body is relaxing. As always, you have your choice of music & type of massage oil! This is just for you!
